We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Consultant to play a key role in delivering excellence in interior products. As the face of the brand, you will engage with clients, guiding them through the world of luxury interior options within our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships by understanding client preferences, needs, and lifestyles to provide tailored interior solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the luxury product range to effectively advise clients.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiries and consultations to product selection and purchase.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team to seamlessly integrate clients' visions into the design process.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to company growth and success.
- Provide premium customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Stay updated on interior trends, luxury market developments, and competitors to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
