Duties

Collation of all site records and uploading to company filing systems. Collation of daily works record sheets, works photographs, marked up drawings for each operative each day and collating into files on company management server. Photographs to be checked against work sheet ensuring photos for every item of works, drawings to be checked to ensure mark up for every item of works, renaming of photographs with unique referencing. Full handover of works and training by current site supervisor carrying out duities.

Essential Criteria

Must be able to confidently use Microsoft Windows, problem solving, communication with supervisors/operatives.

Sharepoint/OneDrive knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
