Reddbrick are currently recruiting for a Part time Site Administrator to work with our Client in York. The company delivers new build and refurbishment schemes including Student Accomodation and Residential apartments.
The Part time Site Administrator will be expected to:
- Complete Site based Administration.
- Be the key contact for the Head Office.
- Meet and greet clients, contractors and staff.
- Organise Meetings and refreshments as required.
- Provide support to the onsite design team
- To upload documents onto 4 Projects and Fiedlview.
Site Administrator Skills required
- Experience in administration
- Attention to detail, accuracy and methodical approach to duties
- Accurate typing skills
- Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel. PowerPoint
- Experience of systems and uploading documents
- Be willing to work in a Site Office
Experience of Administration in Construction is desirable however administrators from other sectors are encouraged to apply, the role will be based in York and will be over 2 days. Hours can be suited around School and Childcare. Salary is on a pro rata basis.
Training on 4 Projects and Field View will be provided.
