CJc Recruit are currently on the search for a a Site Administrator on behalf of our large client in the Peterhead area.
Responsibilities:
- Populating the job scope sheets and send these to the relevant contact in an efficient and timely manner
- Developing a thorough understanding of the company HSEQ management system and undertake duties in accordance with these.
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding calls to relevant staff members.
- Liaising with all levels of staff from management to site personnel in an efficient manner.
- Complete site documentation checklist files for all projects, files would be produced accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and submitted to relevant Site Supervisors.
- Updating and maintaining electronic files and documents.
- Raising accurate material requisition from quotations
Requirements:
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems e.g. Fusion, 4 Projects etc
- Relevant qualifications
- Experiance in mincrosoft packages
