SalaryContract Scotland has an urgent requirement for a Site Administrator to join a busy construction project in Glasgow. This is a temporary position, ASAP start, 4 - 6 months worth of work.
You will provide support to a busy site team and duties will include:
- Answering all calls and emails for the site
- Ordering and maintaining all stationery and equipment supplies for site
- Updating information onto spreadsheets and site log
- Preparing documentation for meetings updating and uploading drawings
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, word, excel, and Teams. You will be required to work Mon - Fri, £12.50P/H - £13.50P/H depending on experience.
