Site Administrator

Force Contracting Services are a very well-established Civil Engineering Contractor based in Worksop, South Yorkshire, specialising in Utilities (substations/power generation), Rail, Nuclear, & Property Development.

We are currently looking for a Site Administrator to work on a new build onshore substation project, part of Sofia Offshore Windfarm.

Hours:

8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday

Weekends are available and are paid at x1.5 rate (CIS)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries of key project personnel including arranging meeting rooms etc and recording minutes of key meetings.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain awareness and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance across site activities.
• Organize and manage project-related documentation, permits, and licenses as per company protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficient in administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
