Position: Site Administrator - 6 Month fixed term contract
Location: Kilkenny
Salary: DOE
Our client, a well-established Mechanical & Electrical Company, are now looking to recruit a Site Administrator for a project in Kilkenny.

Main Responsibilities:

• General administrative support to site teams


• Liaise with and be the first point of contact for new contractors on site.


• Record and update data on internal systems in a timely and precise manner.


• Supporting the Project Managers/Contract Managers on site


• Greeting Visitors


• Document Control

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator position


• Experience in Document Control


• Excellent communication skills


• Ideally will hold a valid Safe Pass (Will provide this training if needed)
