Location: Covering sites across the Central Belt Scotland - reporting to office in Motherwell

Job Overview:
As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks on-site. Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing documentation, and providing essential support to ensure the efficient running of the site.

Duties:
- Organize and maintain site documentation and records
- Coordinate with project managers and site personnel to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness

Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in data entry and type accurately
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Please note you must hold a driving licence and own car.
