Site Operative Solutions are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support both Sales and Purchase Ledger Departments in Cumbernauld.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of the Application Register, to update and maintain daily with a view to developing further.
- You will consult with the Project Managers to ensure applications are received accurate and manage discrepancies.
- Credit Control, to ensure timely payment of applications.
- Contribute to weekly aged debt calls on the progress of application payments.
- Cross train in other areas of both Sales and Purchase Ledger Department to be able to provide holiday cover.
- Provide Audit Admin support as and when needed.
- Any other administrative duties.
Essential Skills:
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger experience.
- Experience in Credit Control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Oracle Experience (advantageous)
Working Hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday - Friday with a rate of 13.50 per hour.
