Working Hours : 40 per week, Monday till Friday
Pay rate : £12.93 per hour (PAYE)
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a Global business that specialises in Energy, Rail, Engineering and Healthcare.
The Site Administrator manages typical administrative tasks on a construction site and reports functionally to the Site Manager and the Site Supervisor. The Site Administrator acts as a central point of contact and interacts with all stakeholders involved in the project execution.
Areas of Responsibility
Update and maintain records and databases, such as personnel data/certificates/qualifications/training details into internal or customer systems after verification of validity and of compliance.
Execute Site administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Track costs and highlight savings or overspends.
Collaborate with Site Manager on resource allocation.
Manage purchase orders and financial oversight.
Update and Maintain Record of Delays caused by others
Maintain Site Register by Record all timesheets & compare with SAP
Controlling Purchase orders Maintain a record of all requisitions/GRN'S against invoices and budgets
Competencies
Local to Beauly
Owns a vehicle
Strong administration skills - Structured and organised
Experience working on a construction site is desirable
IT Skills - MS Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel)
