Setsquare is actively hiring for a Site Administrator for a long term, temp to perm role based in Norwich.

Job Details:
Working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager (CM)
First point of contact for all clients (end users and funding authorities) throughout the duration of the project.
Scheduling and sequencing of projects to the appropriate staff members.
Assisting the CM as required with purchase ordering, deliveries and stock control
Ensuring that project paperwork is complete, up to date and correct at all times.
Completion & returning of contract documents (where applicable) to the funding authority/client, such as minor works agreements, health and safety documents & KPI forms.
Checking Asbestos reports and translating the information to our operatives or arranging the necessary removals prior to works commencing.
Minimum Requirement:
Prior Construction experience is mandatory.
Should have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working as an Administrator or Document Controller.
