P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis based in Great Yarmouth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all incoming external and internal calls are dealt with in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
- Greeting visitors and contractors on arrival and dealing with other enquiries at reception.
- Processing personnel documents such as Annual Leave Request Forms and logging these onto our inhouse system, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Completing and processing purchase orders as required and actioning order requests on the Electronic Resource Planning System (IFS).
- Preparing accurate paperwork and dispatch of finished goods, bulks, contact plates and other samples to external laboratories.
- Supporting other departments on site in a variety of clerical and administrative tasks within a timely manner, to aid in the smooth running of the site.
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills.
- Have a good standard of personal presentation.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a small team and can prioritise their own workload.
- In addition, it is desirable that the candidate has an intermediate level of skill in both Word and Excel.
