Are you a Site Agent or a Site Manager that is looking for a more technically challenging job where you can be heavily involved in and hold significant responsibility over some of the UK's largest Solar Energy projects?
This specialist Solar Energy developer have grown significantly over recent years and are now supporting a major international engineering organisation to develop a number of high-value and high-profile Solar Farm projects across the UK. They are now starting to work more closely with their partner businesses to provide turnkey solutions across the Renewable Energy sector.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the company's Directors and overseeing works being carried out at a large-scale Solar Park being developed in the area across 2024. This will involve the monitoring of project progress, the allocation of work and schedules to various teams of subcontractors and providing reports back to key stakeholders of issues and variances affecting costs and timeframes.
Upon completion of the project, you will then have the opportunity to work on other major developments with the company across the Midlands and other areas of England, with accommodation allowances being provided by the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Site Agent or hands-on Site Manager and will be a highly-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and an excellent track record in their employment. While not essential, any experience gained in the Power or Renewable Energy sectors will be highly advantageous.

The role:
* Reporting directly to company owners
* Overseeing all works being carried out on site
* Organising subcontractors and distributing relevant work plans
* Carrying out regular site inspections and maintaining accurate documentation
* Monitoring project progress and reporting back to all stakeholders, including for issues and delays
* Ensuring works are carried out safely in line with H&S regulations and internal processes
The Person:
* Previous experience in construction site supervision as a Site Agent or Site Manager
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
* Relevant first aid qualifications (advantageous)
* Experience working on projects in the Power or Renewable Energy sectors (advantageous)
* Full UK driving license and comfortable with travel - essential for further working after completion of initial project
