JOB DESCRIPTION
Here at Bluebells we have an exciting opportunity for a number of Site Agents across the region of Scotland. We have vacancies for candidates to be working in;
ABERDEEN -- ORKNEY -- SKYE -- SHETLAND ISLANDS -- ISLE OF LEWIS
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, with experience in ‘Site Management’, including planning, coordinating, and controlling all site activities.
As a Site Agent, you will have the following abilities:
· Excellent organisational skills
· A strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
· A proven track record as a successful ‘Site Agent’ or in a similar role
· Large scale civil engineering projects experience
· An understating of the fundamentals of earthworks and concrete structures is essential
· In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations
· Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
· Able to demonstrate strong leadership abilities
Over the duration of this employment, you will be expected to:
· Demonstrate professionalism at all times
· Maintaining quality control throughout the site
· Project parameters and specifications must be met
· Produce detailed KPI’s and reports, to indicate the overall performance of the site
· Ensuring critical milestones are being met within established timelines
· Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals, including subcontractors, site engineers, and labourers
· Maintaining client relations with representatives, stakeholders, and local authorities
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance; construction and site productivity
· Regulate health and safety throughout the site
Qualification needed:
· CSCS Card
· Full Clean Driving license
· Degree in civil engineering or related field (preferable)
· Certifications / training in ‘Construction Management’ and / or relevant disciplines are desirable
