Site AssistantGrade 3 scale-point 4 £23,114 pa to scale-point 6 £23,893 pa Hours: 37 hpw/all year round/Holiday entitlement 25 days increasing to 30 days after 5 years’ service (PART TIME HOURS CONSIDERED)Job Purpose:
The site team are responsible for ensuring the buildings and site are kept well maintained, tidy and secure. To share the responsibility for the well-being and education of students.

The Sixth Form consists of 344 students with KS5 students showing real leadership and progressing to a wide range of destinations, including prestigious universities and sought-after apprenticeships. 24% of our students receive Pupil Premium funding and 22% of our cohort has a special need or disability. We pride ourselves on our pastoral care and have invested in our Student Support Services who provide additional support for students with, for example, mental health issues and therefore frequently liaise with external agencies.
