Site Based Vinyl Graphics Maker / Fitter

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest motor sales groups. They’re currently seeking an experienced vinyl maker/fitter to be based at one of their sites in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Within the role the successful candidate will be required to prepare graphics and vehicle livery at the sites small production facility, and then install them onto vehicles and glass windows within the showroom and onto the vehicles on the forecourt itself.
The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in the industry having already gained experience in a role such as sign making, sign fitting, vehicle wrapping, graphic application, vinyl application, vinyl wrapping, etc. It’s the perfect position for someone with extensive knowledge of vinyl application who no longer wants the extensive travel associated with a “normal” fitting role.
The Role

- Preparation of vehicle graphics, livery, and full and partial wraps (printing, plotting, weeding, taping, laminating, usage of CorelDRAW etc)
- Fitting Vinyl Graphics to vehicles and to glass windows within car showrooms
- Programming and operating cutters, CNC experience highly advantageous
- Experience of full and partial vehicle wrapping is highly advantageous although not essential.
- Working alone as well as in a team to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Salary/Benefits

- A generous basic of up to £25,000 (negotiable for the right person based on experience)
- Working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour break
- No requirement to work weekends.
