Site Development Manager - Ccgt Power Stations

Astute’s Power team is partnering with a leading power company to recruit a Site Development Manager on a 1-year contract.

The Site Development Manager role comes with a rate of circa. �40p/hour in a hybrid work, with bi-weekly site visits required.

Responsibilities and duties
As Site Development Manager you will be responsible for:

� Leading the development and implementation of a ‘site vision’, defining transformation when combining exciting assets with new opportunities.

� Shade an agenda for specific locations and coordinate all site relevant initial development activities by considering innovative business and operating models.

� Drive infrastructure projects, enhancing the site and allowing growth projects to thrive by using synergies and benefits of integrate site ingredients.

� Prepare high quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management functions.

� Lead or actively participate in project committees and take ownership for governance of Site Development settings.

� Liaising with the site integration managers from energy assets as well as demolition and rehabilitation managers.

� Manage the stakeholder relations in alignment with the clients communication department.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

� Degree in a relevant subject (engineering, business administration etc)

� Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in developing and managing large projects, preferably within the power industry.

� Certified Project Management skills

� Experience leading international teams and complex multi-company business development activities

� Strong understanding of the technical and commercial requirements of development activities

The Site Development Manager role would suit someone who is:

� Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking

� Strong personal credibility to successful board presentations, excellent team-working skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

� Hourly rate of c. �40p/hour
