SalaryKey Responsibilities:
Engineering Oversight:
- Execute and oversee setting out and surveying activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to resolve engineering issues.
Construction Support:
- Provide technical support to the construction teams.
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities.
- Assist in the resolution of engineering-related challenges.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control measures in line with project requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work meets engineering and safety standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings and technical documentation.
- Generate progress reports and contribute to project documentation.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Act as a liaison between the engineering department and other project disciplines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
- Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
