Primary responsibility will be to carry out electrical/lighting repairs around the estate as well as carrying out regular testing of the emergency lights.
Qualifications/ Skills

- Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products.
- Use of testing equipment and hand tools.

Education/ Experience
- High school diploma or GCSE.
- NVQ Level 3 - Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- 2-3 years residential, commercial or industrial electrical experience (essential) •Experience with new builds (desirable)
- First aid certification (desirable).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Duties:
Regular site inspections to identify electrical issues.
Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues.
Install indoor and outdoor electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
Inspect and test electrical systems - mainly emergency lighting.
To be always proactive in the role, using initiative to improve working practices and to manage time effectively.
Ensure service standards are adhered to and make suggestions to improve service.
Stay apprised of revisions to relevant building and
safety regulations.
Read building plans/drawings.
Document repairs and modifications.
Work with management team, contractors, and clients.
Ensure maintenance records are kept up to date.

Keep trackers on all repairs to ensure items are closed out in a timely manner.
