About the Opportunity
Do you have experience in providing Site Engineering assistance? Do you have a technical background, with good organisational and supervisory skills? We are looking for you as a Site Engineer to join and strengthen our team.
The role will be providing technical & organizational input while assisting the MMF project with setting out, planning and supervision.
Further responsibilities are:
  • Set out, level and survey the site.
  • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations as required.
  • Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect when required.
  • Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors).
  • Assistance in planning the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Here's What You'll Need:
  • Engineering qualification from a reputable and recognised institution.
  • Experience on site (preferably within the Nuclear industry).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative.
  • Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner.
  • Good IT skills and be competent in using Microsoft office applications.
  • A drive to ensure quality is managed and maintained.
  • Knowledge of health & safety requirements and legislation.
