The Role
- Covering, assisting and managing roofing teams
- Lead and enforce all health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and safety meetings
- Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure adherence by all on-site personnel.
- Manage project schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Oversee timesheets and labour allocation, ensuring accurate recording and efficient use of resources.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any incidents for documentation and analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency on-site.

The Candidate
- Roofing Experience is required
- Experience working as a Site Foreman.
- Solar Experience is preferred.
- Have an excellent understanding of health and safety protocols on-site. You will be required to conduct regular inspections and safety meetings.
- You must have excellent communication skills.
