SalaryThis is a Site Maintenance role, where you will be responsible for carrying out operational, cleaning and maintenance activities of the property premises. You will be expected to provide an on-site presence and carry out the duties required to support the team in the delivery of expected premises services.
This is a part time temporary assignment to cover the period of 4th March 2024 to the 30th April 2024. The hours will be Monday to Friday, 2pm to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic cleaning work, keeping the grounds and car park tidy
- Receiving incoming goods and mail, sorting and distributing
- Restocking of facilities such as toilet rolls etc
- Supervising the cleaning staff
- Provide a visible presence until the premises is closed
- Working with the Site Manager to identify any property issues
- Locking up the premises at 6pm and setting the alarm
- Monitor the car park during peak periods
- Ad-hoc duties to include moving furniture, equipment etc
