Job Title: Site Manager – Housebuilding
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £48k to £53k
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring a Site Manager to work with a well-established, residential developer covering Nottinghamshire.
Duties of a Site Manager
- Oversight and direction of sub-contractors and labour
- Full Health and Safety responsibilities
- Site Inspections
- Site Inductions
- Accurate reporting
It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;
- SMSTS
- 2 years’ as a Site Manager
- 4 years in the Housing sector
