SalarySite Manager - Projects In Thatcham
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage a retirement home project in Thatcham.
7 week duration - start date 05/06/2024
Responsibilities:
- You will be undertaking and setting out duties
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Basic DBS required
- Expereince with a retirement home environment
- Fire stopping and fire door installation experience and knowledge
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS CARD
- First Aid at Work
