SalaryTo support the AAH business and assist the HSE function in the development, delivery and post implementation reviews of HS&E projects, initiatives, tools and systems. To support HSE system auditing programmes, in order to identify risk, continuous improvement and aid the formation and implementation of improvement plans.
Accountabilities:
- Work with the Senior HSE Manager and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver HSE project plans.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to confirm the effectiveness of the implementation and identify after care support.
- Monitor sites adherence to health, safety and environment management systems, policies and arrangements through agreed auditing programmes.
- Drive business standardisation and collective learning, enabling the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement across the AAH network.
- Support the use of proactive tools to enable early risk intervention and risk
