Hr Business Partner

This position requires a dedicated HR Business Partner who can influence stakeholders, supports on ER cases, helps with the people plan and recruitment. It is a true partnering role and looking for someone with generalist HR experience.

Client Details

The client is a large organisation with over a 1,000 employees and offices across the UK. They are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team.

Description

• You will use business and HR insight to identify and influence people and business change initiatives
• Focusing on business opportunities at a strategic, tactical and implementation level
• Provide practical advice and solutions emphasising the risks and benefits of alternative approaches
• You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner
• Excellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
