Description
- You will use business and HR insight to identify and influence people and business change initiatives
- Focusing on business opportunities at a strategic, tactical and implementation level
- Provide practical advice and solutions emphasising the risks and benefits of alternative approaches
- You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
