Vaquita Talent are working with a global manufacturer who are in need of an HR Professional who will be responsible of all the administrative processes, analysis and requests for UK employees.

Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-hire contacts with candidates to retrieve mandatory documents, check the information provided and manage relationships with local entities and external payroll provider.
- Insert data input and data validation in HR Systems, providing regular audits to make sure data accuracy and consistency are properly met.
- Personnel time and attendance (illnesses, accidents, holidays, leave, maternity leave, etc) data control and solve the related issues.
- Manage the execution and accurate processing of the monthly payroll processes on systems and send all the relevant data and information to the payroll provider.
- Manage the processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, salary updates) and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations, internal policies, fiscal and contribution authorities.
- Keep relations with the external providers and consultants for payroll/employment purposes.
- Accident at work reporting management.
- Monitor the order and the delivery of the lunch vouchers.
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits related as such.
- Employees’ benefits management and control (health insurance, post retirement funds, etc.) in compliance with CBA and local laws.
- As the first point of contact with employees, ensure smooth communication and timely resolution to their queries.
- Provide ad hoc reports and elaborate HR KPIs (Turnover, absenteeism, holidays accruals, disabled minimum quota, etc.)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 5.
- Experience in payroll and administration processes, tasks, and deliverables.
- Strong analytical & interpretive skills with an ability to manage multiple task.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and client.
