Reporting into the Head of HR Operations, you will play a critical role in driving cultural change across the AAH branch network comprising of circa. 2400 employees. You will focus on continuous improvement in all people processes and procedures to support the commercial deliverables of the business. In a complex, unionised environment, you will provide a vital link between support centre and operations to help embed strategic change initiatives, increase colleague engagement, drive retention and performance, and develop operational leadership in your region.
Accountabilities
- Develops and deliver HR solutions to meet business requirements in-line with overall business plans and strategy.
- Drives people agenda strategy in partnership with leaders, to ensure that the business has the capability and capacity to deliver their business.
- Supports branches to improve employee experience measured through engagement survey results and employee feedback.
- Work with leaders to drive culture, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Actively participates in management meetings to ensure that people issues are considered.
- Seeks and identifies ways to resolve complex employee relations issues/cases in accordance with policy and advises leaders accordingly
