Form of workA leading company based in Abbey Wood, South East London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Please note, this role is Monday – Friday with shift patterns between 7:00am – 7:00pm and covers a 35-hour week.
To be a suitable for this role, the Site Manager will be required to carry out basic maintenance and repair tasks inside and outside of the company depot. You will support a high level of maintenance and cleanliness of the depot and carpark, carry out some reception and administrative duties and maintain daily checking of external areas. You will carry out minor “DIY” repairs, ensure meeting rooms are clean and support general day-to-day maintenance of the overall site.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, hold excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively as part of a team. You may be required to support additional sites from time-to-time, occasionally including weekends, therefore holding a driver’s licence with use of your own vehicle will be advantageous.
