SalaryCSCS Carded, SMSTS Site Manager required on a commercial construction internal fit out construction site project.
The contract is an existing shell. internal fitout.
Main duties:
- The daily running of site
- site inductions
- looking after and direction sub contractors
- maintaining health and safety
- keeping records of progress
- reporting back to contracts manager
Requirements:
- SMSTS Cert
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certificate
- min 5 years Site Manager experience
- be from a interior/refurbishment background
- Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
