Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 annum + Car Allowance / Car + Great Projects + Career Progression

I am recruiting for an experienced Site manager to join a leading construction company in the exciting Bristol region working on commercial new builds and refurbs ranging from £2 Million to £40 Million. Our client takes great satisfaction in their commitment to safety, sustainability and innovation ensuring the smooth running of all day to day operations on a full time permanent basis.
Job overview: As a construction Site Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the day to day operations of the entire construction site, leasing with subcontractors, project managers and engineers making sure that projects are completed within budget, on time and always to the highest standards of health and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage on site activities including but not limited to, budgeting, quality control, scheduling and safety.
- Implement project plans and schedules with project managers.
- Provide accurate and well kept records of all site activities.
- Ensure any work carried out on site is in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Bringing a motivational attitude to keep the team positive and passionate to deliver the best quality possible.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Construction related degree or equivalent - Not essential
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- At least 5 years management experience working on projects ranging from £1 Million to £40 Million
- In Depth knowledge of all current and relevant health and safety
- An ability to communicate with the team to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
