This well-established contractor have been established for over 70 years and have a number of disciplines within their group and are looking for someone to join the residential arm of the business. They pride themselves of the quality of their developments and due to this have built a stirring reputation for creating high end developments. Despite a tough market this company are thriving with a good land bank and ambitious growth plans. In order to maintain their growth they are looking to employ a Site Manager to lead their upcoming developments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Site Manager to join an expanding company with an increasing workload, opportunities for new challenges and career progression.
You will tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of residential sites ensuring works are delivered on time and to budget. You will organise directly employed labour ensure build is to high quality as well as overseeing material deliveries, health and safety on site and attending regular progress meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a residential background with experience working on residential housebuilding projects looking to join a high Quality house builder with future prospects.
The role:
- Site Manager
- Delivering new build housing projects
- Ensure projects are on time and to budget
- Manage directly employed labour
- Oversee health and Safety on Site
The person:
- Residential / housing background
- SMSTS, Health and Safety
- Good NHBC standard knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
