Location: Nationwide (UK)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site construction activities across multiple projects throughout the UK within the modular building sector. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, within specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities across multiple projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety protocols, adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in off-site Modular Construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
