My client is an interior fit out specialist contractor. Due to their continued growth & contract wins they are looking for experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team.
The Senior Site Manager/PM will be overseeing large commercial office fit out value 2.5 million. The projects is a commercial office over three floors. My client would like candidates with previous experience ideally working on CAT A or CAR B fit outs for blue chip clients. Those with experience of commercial office interiors would be of particular interest.
As Senior Site Manager you will be able to follow tight programme schedules. Ensuring all projects delivered and ran to time and budget, handing over to client on time and to a high finished standard.
Due to the fast nature of the work its important the Site Manager has previous experience in a similar position. This is an important and high profile project, with this in mind you will have excellent client facing skills.
The Senior Site Manager/Project Manager will be site based, with ability to run the site as no.1. Candidates must be able to demonstrate high calibre of computer literacy also.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager join an exciting growing and fast moving contractor, the contract runs for 16x weeks however my client are very busy and may offer future projects following this is successfully completed.
