Site Manager SSSTS (Office Refurb)

DT Source are looking for a Site Manager (Office fit out / Refurb ) in Cambridge city centre. 

Must have SSSTS / SMSTS card, first aid, proficiency with Word / Excel / Sending Emails. 

Duties:

Site management of the stripping out of old materials and equipment from building.

Management of sub-contractors including dry-lining, MEP, Data, Joinery, decorative teams.

Management of deliveries, H&S, upkeep of site cleanliness and general labouring tasks
