The Governing Body of The Cobbs Infant and Nursey School would like to appoint a well-motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager with relevant experience. The successful applicant will be a team player, flexible and hard-working, with a willingness to undertake training as required. This role is 37 hours per week all year round, 7:30am – 10:00am and 13:30pm -18:30pm daily.
He/she should also have:
- Practical skills to maintain and improve the site and buildings.
- Ability to understand and implement H&S legislation and motivate staff in complying with H&S issues.
- Meticulous record keeping skills to demonstrate compliance with legislation.
- Good communication skills (including basic IT knowledge).
