We are working with a well established contractor who operate in the commercial and industrial build sector. They are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager with experience of overseeing education, healthcare, industrial and new build commercial projects.
The role is based in between Manchester and Warrington although the company have other projects coming up in the Northwest which could be anywhere between Chester and Rochdale.
Qualifications, skills, attributes
-previous site management experience
-toolbox talks
-managing sub contractors and direct labour
-SMSTS/SSSTS
-HNC/HND in Construction (desirable)
-IOSH (desirable)
-First Aid
-CSCS managers card
-Driving Licence
-Good leadership skills
-Communicative
-Ability to read drawings, work with commercial and design teams
