Assistant Site Manager

Are you an experienced Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge?
A leading house builder have a requirement for an experienced Assistant Site Manager required for a new housing development with 200+ units
The company have an impressive pipeline of future developments within the Greater Manchester region and are looking to strength their build team with the addition of an experienced Assistant Site Manager to assist the Site Manager with the delivery of a volume housing development. Your role will involve dealing with plots from pre plaster stages through to internal fit out from 1st to final fix getting plots ready for completion and handover along with involvement with customer care defects.

Essential requirements:
" Valid Health & Safety certificates including SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card, NVQ Level 4 or above, Scaffold Appreciation, Trade background
" Previous experience delivering housing developments
