Telesales & Account Manager

We are looking for a charismatic telesales and Account Manager to join our clients business, they are market leaders based on the Wirral with a unique and exciting product. If you have a great telephone manner, experience in telesales, market research or account management, we want to speak to you!

What you’ll do
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss the business products, follow up inquiries, perform market research, and manage and create excellent working relationships with established key accounts whilst looking to secure new leads and opportunities through these contacts. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission to achieve your personal goals. 
You will generate a minimum of 5 presentation leads per week and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. 
You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and be able to gain an understanding of the big-picture issues a client is facing and continue to track their needs over time with a goal to find solutions that incorporate the company’s products and services into them.

Experience you need
If you have an excellent telephone manner or natural charisma with experience of telesales, research or Account Manager, we want to speak to you! 
If you're proficient in MS office, we want to speak to you!
If you are results driven with great communication skills, we want to speak to you!
