Job description

An experienced Telesales and Account Manager with at least 2 years of Telesales and Account management experience is needed to join our team at M Soft, a leading healthcare software company based in Wirral on a full-time basis. 

Our leading healthcare software company is hiring for a role that is a 50/50 split between Telesales and Remote Account Management (existing clients) to join our team. 

You will be responsible for transferring the current NHS and Private Healthcare customer base to the new Cloud infrastructure and encouraging more customers to adopt Bedside Apps.

This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £35,000.

We are a leading healthcare software company with international and national customers. Our main software products manage the transport and transfusion of Blood Products and the collection of Blood Samples at the Bedside.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our products, follow up inquiries, perform market research, and manage and create excellent working relationships with established key accounts whilst looking to secure new leads and opportunities through these contacts.

We're looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission cheques. You will generate a minimum of 5 presentation leads per week and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and be able to gain an understanding of the big-picture issues a client is facing and continue to track their needs over time with a goal to find solutions that incorporate the company's products and services into them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerised directory 
  • Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales and collection of  information strategy
  • Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better
  • Follow up with phone / website / chat boxes enquiries and respond to those 
  • Generate a minimum 5 presentation leads per week and set up initial contact for our senior pre-sale people
  • Manage the sale process to close 
  • Working with senior team members to share ideas on how to win new business and service clients
  • Aid the team in preparing Tender responses when required
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
  • Keep the company CRM (Monday.com) updated daily with forecasts, funnel data, track new business and renewal workflows
  • Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control 
  • Coordinate and manage implementation, onboarding, renewals, and educational training needs for customers, ensuring transactions are submitted as appropriate.
  • Coordinate resolution of client service requests or inquiries, as requested.
  • Develop as necessary, coordinate, and assist in sending important compliance announcements/updates to clients as needed
  • Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • A-level or equivalent required 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Telesales and Account management (lead generation preferred) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Required Skills:

  • Excellent phone manner and articulation 
  • Provide strong leadership, critical thinking, and consultative skills needed to manage clients effectively
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, assess situations quickly, and make logical and appropriate decisions
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and effectively work in a fast-paced environment during high-peak renewal periods
  • Self-motivated, hands-on approach, requiring little or no supervision; flexible, team player, able to motivate others
  • Mature and professional in attitude and appearance
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
  • Results-driven and willing to work on a commission basis
