Are you a Site Manager looking for your next immediately available contract position?
My client is a well-established company within the Building Services industry. Due to winning a new project they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team on a contract basis.
This role would suit an individual with a strong HVAC background looking to join a leading company with multiple blue-chip clients on a contract basis.
The Role:
* Overseeing the site, deliveries, liaising with the main contractor and subcontractors
* 6-month contract, outside IR35
* £250 to £350 per day
The Person:
* HVAC Experience
* SMSTS or SSSTS Card
* Previous Site Management experience
* Experience working in a senior position, able to demonstrate a management focus and leadership skills.
* Experience in the Building Services industry
* Available for an immediate start
