SalarySite Manager/Agent (Water) required to work on a water project contract across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire.Freelance opportunity.
Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working with this Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor, in supporting their recruitment for a Site Agent/Manager.
You\'ll be working on their large Water framework which is a key part of their operations. Reporting into the Project Manager, you\'ll work on sites across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & Derbyshire which is a key project in their portfolio.
You\'ll be an experienced Construction Management professional, and have experience working within a Site Management role on Water projects previously.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate the site team
- Support the PM in driving the project programme to achieve key deliverables and project milestones
- SHEQ and Environmental Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Commercial and cost management
- Completing project handovers
- Subcontract and labour resource management
You will have:
- Previous Site Management experience of water projects
- NEC 4 contract knowledge
- HNC degree in Civil Engineering
- SMSTS
- CSCS
