The Site Operative duties and responsibilities are:
- Oversee daily operations within the site.
- Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to them.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and site facilities.
- Train new team members on site.
