This company are specialists in the Modular and Portable building industry. They design, manufacture, and sell modular buildings ranging from classrooms to office blocks. They have an innovative approach to design and consistently create high quality builds and have continued to grow over the last few years. They are therefore looking for a Site Project Manager with previous installation experience to join their growing team, to work on current and new projects throughout the UK.
In this role you will have a varied job role, being predominantly site based nationwide. You will be responsible for the daily operations and project lifecycle on the site or section of a project, including planning, execution and delivery of a project through to completion. Reporting to the Operations Director you will ensure projects are run smoothly and efficiently whilst leading and managing the site construction team. You will manage sub-contractors and all company staff on site, liaising with clients and attending meetings on a regular basis. This role will involve a lot of travelling to site and staying away during the week.
The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in Site Management in modular installation, with proven experience managing projects from start to finish. Ideally you will have a both your CSCS and SMSTS. You will have experience working on various construction sites, ideally within the commercial construction industry.

• Regular site travel

The Person:

• Good understanding of construction
• Previous modular installation experience
• SMSTS and CSCS
• Happy to travel to site
• Full UK Driver's License
