We are excited to partner with a leading national construction company to recruit an energetic and confident Site Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries, playing a crucial role in coordinating contractors daily and maintaining the smooth operation of the site.
Day to Day of the Role:- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and deliveries, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service.
- Issue ID and security badges to contractors, maintaining a secure work environment.
- Verify and keep up-to-date right-to-work documentation for all site personnel.
- Input contractors’ hours accurately and create detailed reports.
- Order and manage inventory for PPE and safety equipment.
- Maintain and organise company records, ensuring compliance and easy access to information.
- Energetic and confident demeanour, capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or industrial setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
