Site Reliability Engineer

Our client is a well-established Digital Assets group, building enterprises in Trading, Alpha Generation, Asset Management and VC. Comprised by leaders from backgrounds in finance, blockchain, and technology.

Durlston Partners are supporting their search for a Site Reliability Engineer / Trading Infrastructure Engineer, who will oversee and uphold cloud-centric infrastructure, alongside developing tools to facilitate and expedite research.

This right candidate will possess experience in software development, cloud services, and production management in a systematic trading environment.

If you currently manage production trading infrastructure, assist development teams, drive scalable, and resiliency infrastructure improvements, then I want to hear from you.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related Trading Infrastructure centric and / or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, developers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the trading infrastructure meets their requirements.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS.
