On behalf of our client, Antler Homes, we are hiring for a Site Sales Negotiator on a Fixed Term Contract for 6-9 Months to work on their development in Eastcote, Winkfield Row, Ascot.
The development was launched in 2024, and consists of 10 detached houses.

Role Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets - sell units as profitably as possible
- Attend regular sales meetings and departmental updates
- Report sales progress and activity weekly both internally and to clients
- Deliver thorough knowledge of the new homes products
- Research into the competition/market
- Knowledge of each potential purchaser’s requirements
- Collaborate with other Knight Frank departments in order to make referrals and generate more business
The ideal candidate profile would have:
- 2 years + of New Homes or Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Some demonstrable interest in New Build developments
- Good knowledge of the Ascot and Surrey area would be beneficial
