The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Document Controller/Site Secretary to work on a new build EFW plant based in Irvine, Scotland. The role is working with the EPC on the project, and will be working alongside the project lead onsite.
Role Responsibilities:

• Supports with Administration & HR issues, related to the Site.
• Provides secretarial/administrative support in the running of the day-to-day activities of the Site
• Prepare documentation for site inspections
• Partake in site meetings with the clients and ensure the project is up to date in terms of documentation
• Manages and maintain site's filing system.
• Manages Site's outgoing and incoming mails.
• Coordinates all activities relating to Expatriates' personnel (housing, transportation arrangements, site benefits, etc.). according to internal procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Advanced user of Microsoft including Excel and Word.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Prior experience with SAP ERP Software is considered a plus.
• Process Plant environment experience ideal
