Corps Security is currently recruiting for a SIA Licenced Security Officer to be based at one of our prestigious client’s premises.
Job purpose:To provide security and support duties in a professional and courteous manner in line with both the client requirements and Corps Security’s policies and procedures.
Role requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively
- Able to handle high pressured situations
- 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858
- Conduct patrols of wider site in accordance with contract SLA's and KPI's
- Respond to intruder alarms/fire alarms/system alarm activations across site
- Attend incidents on site as directed by the Control Room which can include: road traffic collisions, breaches of health & safety and unauthorised persons and handle accordingly
- Attend all first aid calls across site if requred
- Ensuring all incidents and faults are reported as per site process and procedures
- Ensure Deputy Manager / Site Protection and/or Control Room are regularly updated with onsite activities/incident
- First point of call for operational issues
- Undertake all reasonable requests made by the CCTV Control Room Supervisor / Site Protection Team Leader
