The Site Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the infrastructure across the site which includes all the utilities: natural gas, oxygen, argon, water, steam and compressed air as well as the site drains, process supplies, fire alarm system, etc. There are also responsibilities for the safe operation of the boilers and their regulatory requirements and to keep the roads and lighting around the plant in good condition along with buildings. You will supervise contract personnel and oversee their work making sure they always work safely.

Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage shutdowns of the Site Services equipment, complete planning, and contractors scheduling, ensuring all of the JM requirements for contractors are met.
- Ensure Brimsdown site complies with relevant legislations and regulations for Site Services equipment.
- Ensure regular maintenance of Site Services is completed to meet compliance requirements.
- To follow Engineering and JM standards and regulations in the execution of tasks and follow all Group requirements and EHS.
- Understanding and adherence to environmental, safety and health policy, procedures and regulations issued by EHS Department and also to take care of own safety as well as working colleagues within the Site premises.
- Updating the CMMS and any relevant parties with work progress reports and outcomes.
- Conducting inspections, testing, adjustments and monitoring tasks as required to maintain efficient plant and build-in equipment reliability.
- Providing a skilled execution of Planned, Reactive & Corrective Site Services maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing reliability of Site Services equipment across the site.
Requirements for the role:
- Completed a recognized Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship /relevant vocational training (typical minimum 1 year) (Essential)
- Demonstrates basic mechanical and electrical aptitude (Essential)
- Ability to supervise contractor labour (Essential)
- Experience of large-scale complex manufacturing facilities/plants (Desirable)
- Familiarity with industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes, belts, valves etc. (Desirable)
